The Storehouse is Taking Shape!

Love in Action’s new Storehouse project is already undergoing significant progress over the past two months! The City of Grand Haven has officially given the green light to move forward with the plans – a big first step! And the transformation has already begun at 323 N Ferry St. If you drive by, you might see some initial demolition underway as we prepare the space for its new purpose. Painters are altering the inside and it’s beginning to look like a future food and material distribution center. 

We are looking forward to the fall when this new site will offer expanded space for food, furniture and clothing as well as an improved, drive-through drop-off location for donations.

We are incredibly grateful for the many of you who have already generously contributed financially to this crucial project. Your early support has been instrumental in getting us to this point! Our total goal to complete and launch the Storehouse is $1,438,000.00, and we are so close — with only $123,023 still needed to cross the finish line!
