Connect Two
About Us
Connect Two is a school-based mentoring program that pairs caring adult volunteers with students who need extra encouragement, connection, and positive role models. Operating in partnership with schools in Grand Haven and Spring Lake, the program serves K–8 students. Each student is matched with a trained mentor who meets with them regularly throughout the school year, providing support, listening, and guidance to help build confidence and resilience in both academic and social settings.

Inspiring hope, joy and confidence through school-based mentoring with the love of Jesus.
Connect Two equips members of the Tri-Cities community to be matched with a student for weekly school-based mentoring sessions. We are a Christ-centered ministry and we pray that all those who participate may experience the transforming power and love of Christ.
School-Based
Mentors meet with students on site at the school.
Weekly
Students and mentors meet once weekly for 45 minutes.
September - May
The program runs throughout the school year and concludes in the summer.

As a ministry of Love In Action of the Tri-Cities, Connect Two partners closely with the organization to connect students and families to a wider network of community resources. This partnership allows mentoring relationships to be strengthened with additional support when needed, helping families grow with both consistent encouragement and access to practical care.
