Coffee & Bagels
On Wednesday, August 6th, we’d love for pastors and mission leaders to join us for coffee and bagels at the Love in Action Community Co-op. We continue to believe our primary mission is to serve the Church of the Tri-Cities by equipping and mobilizing it to meaningfully serve those in need. We want to share all that we see God doing in our community.
The Co-op is located at 1500 S DeSpelder St, and we will meet at 10 AM. Please email megan@loveinactiontricities.com to confirm your attendance
Blue Cross Blue Shield Matching Grant
Help us gain $25,000 in matching funds by giving to the Love in Action Medical & Dental Center in July and August. Any gift given during this period, up to $10,000*, will be matched 2.5 times by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Investing in providing health care to our area’s vulnerable individuals does good for all of us; this matching grant opportunity is a great way to make a difference! Just make sure BCBS Grant or Clinic are on the memo line of any check or in the notes box in an online donation, and your gifts will go to this effort. We cannot thank you enough!
Gifts above the match amount will go toward Medical Center needs.
Financial Fitness Class
Financial Fitness is a FREE 8-week money management program with a focus on monthly budgeting, spending, debt reduction, etc. One-on-one coaching is also available.

Nourish
In partnership with Michigan State University Extension, we are excited to offer a cooking class: Nourish!
Throughout six lessons, you will:
- Learn ways to make cooking for yourself or your family simple and enjoyable
- Discuss helpful tips and tricks for making healthy choices, like eating well and being active
- Practice planning and shopping strategies for healthy eating
- Prepare a healthy dish

Autumn Bash
Join us for our Autumn Bash! We invite you to join us for an evening of live music, dinner, a silent auction, and an inside look at Love in Action. We can’t wait to see you there! Proceeds benefit the various ministries of Love in Action.
North Shore Trail Run
Join us for the sixth annual North Shore Trail Run in beautiful Spring Lake! We will be running in the beautiful trails at Coast Guard Park in North Ottawa Dunes – Ferrysburg, MI.
This year, proceeds will once again go to our great local Grand Haven nonprofits: Love in Action (LIA), Chariots of Fire Youth Running Club, and Ferrysburg Fire Barn Park.
We will have 3 great races this year: 1) 10K Run, 2K Kids Fun Run (This Event is Free for Kids!! — Halloween Costume’s Encouraged!!), 5K Run/Hike/Walk
